Our factory has 20 years of history in the steel industry occupying area about 2500 square meters and around150 staffs including our technician and engineer.

 

Cooperated with the state-own enterprise, our steel quality has been getting certificated ISO9001. Our factory focus on the cold rolled treatment, hardened treatment, tempered treatment and annealed treatment of medium and high-carbon and spring and alloy steel strips.

 

Mainly grades are CK45, CK50, CK55, CK60, CK67, CK70, CK75, CK80, CK95, 50Crv4, 60Si2Mn, 3Cr13, 75Cr1,D6A, X32 and other equivalent standard grades, materials are main supplied to the saw blade industry and building plaster tools trowels, scrapers, putty knives and spatulas, and automotive components and springs industry etc, quality passed SGS international standard,

 

To meet different market needs, now we are developing band saw blade production of wood, meat, bone, plastic and non-ferrous and other cutting needs. Blade material made by our own high tensile steel. Our special line process from cold rolled to hardening and tempering without any joints to total length of 2500m, this equipment made by 12 engineers of our factory over years hard. The factory use unique element on quenching to ensure the straightness and flatness of steel strip for cutting material to achieve a high efficiently and wear resistance.
